Welcome, I'm Sarah Couchman
After 14 years clinical experience, I have little doubt of the effects knowledge has on effecting positive changes to otherwise recurring sports injuries. ‘The School Sports Assessment Program’ is aimed at bringing the student up to speed with their own bio mechanical body dynamics, postural and gait (walking) patterns. The end result of specific instruction and advice being in realising long term sporting ambitions. Until the right advice is put infront of the student at the right time in the sporting career, students will continue ‘play blind’ reacting to injuries rather than having a method for preserving spinal function thus avoiding overuse injuries. By adopting the ‘SSAP’ plan previous learnt adaptations can be changed in minutes, Improving physical mobility and core strength and developing good adaptive skills with each passing season. The benefits of which can be enjoyed throughout school life and beyond. More information on which program suites you go to “School Sports Assessment Program”
